Why am I always Tired? This Program will Help Answer Your Sleep Questions

The Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers in Whitehouse Station and Clinton are dedicated to providing health enhancement and disease prevention programs for the community. As part of their September education series, the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers in Whitehouse Station and Clinton will host the program, Why am I always Tired?   This program will be held on Tuesday, September 11th from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in Whitehouse Station and on Wednesday, September 12th from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in Clinton.

Ever wonder why you always feel tired? Even getting plenty of rest doesn’t always lessen the feeling of tiredness. Tiredness can stem from a multitude of diverse reasons such as stress, lack of exercise and water, and iron deficiency. At the program “Why am I always Tired?”, Tina Kerschner, Administrative Director of the Sleep Disorders Center at Hunterdon Medical Center and the Clinton Health Campus, will expand upon the many causes of tiredness and how to alleviate those factors that are holding you back from feeling more energized.  Ms. Kerschner will also discuss common sleep disorders and the process of having a sleep study.
